Welcome to Sabrosita!

Sabrosita, contrary to what a Google search would have you believe, is not a Mexican radio station, but a Spanish word used to describe something small and tasty.

Here is where I share my most delicious ideas and inventions. I believe you do not need a reason to cook fabulous food. You can look at one of my recipes and ask: “What’s the occasion?”. The answer is “It’s dinner time.” Making lovely meals doesn’t have to be daunting. If I can make them in my tiny kitchen with less than a metre of counter space, then anyone can!

A little about me:
I am a full time student, part time cocktail-drinker and salsa dancer. I live in Nottingham, England with my Peruvian boyfriend,  who has been trying to teach me Spanish for the past six years – with limited success. Most importantly, I am a complete and utter foodie. I spend at least seventy-five percent of my free time thinking about food (and the remaining twenty-five eating it).
